Founder, Creative Director, and Curator

Bobby Beals (he/him) is an entrepreneur that started his own artist consulting agency in his early 20’s that resulted into owning and operating a fine art gallery and curating business. Beals made his impression in Santa Fe on historic Canyon Road with his fine art gallery, Beals & Co. Showroom and has participated in numerous art shows including Art Dubai, Loveland Sculpture Show and Jackson Hole Fine Art Fair. Among his passion projects, he curates a fine art gallery that is based in the Horseshoe Gallery at Bishop’s Lodge in Santa Fe.

The Santa Fean Magazine has featured Bobby Beals in their annual article People We Love. The Santa Fe Reporter named Beals Curator of the Year by popular vote and he was honored to be featured in Humans of New Mexico.

Assistant Director

Rachael Stubbs (she/they) was born in Colorado and lived there until relocating to Santa Fe in 2023. For the past two and a half years, she worked as the gallery manager and curator at the Crested Butte Center for the Arts' Kinder Padon Gallery; while there she organized 25 exhibits with over 50 artists. Rachael holds dual BA degrees in business administration with an emphasis in management, and studio arts with an emphasis in photography. Throughout their time in undergrad, they worked as station manager of the university’s radio station and as a consultant at the writing center. She has also interned at several tech and design startups on the front range, and volunteered at art museums across Colorado. They are currently pursuing a masters degree in gallery and museum management and working as artist development coordinator at the International Folk Art Market.
